Why Body Composition?


A lot of the clients we see day-to-day at Starks Fitness tell us they want to look better “naked”. Essentially, this means that they want to have a better-looking physique when they see themselves in the mirror.

We believe that there are 3 main contributing factors to help them achieve this, and it’s all down to helping a person balance their muscularity and lower their body fat levels. These three factors are:

Why our Body Composition Weekend works

Understanding what people want and how we can help them get there allowed us to create our unique Body Composition Weekend Workshop, which we’ll be running on 19/20th November. We structure the content so it’s easy to understand and apply, and we condense it into an action packed weekend of workouts and seminars.

Previous weekends have shown us that fitness professionals and enthusiasts benefit from the knowledge available over this weekend, meaning that we instantly create a community of like-minded individuals that all want to excel with their health, training and body composition. Those who choose to come along also benefit from lots of “takeaways” that they’re then able to implement immediately the following week when they go back to their normal routine.

What’s Included?

So as well as the community vibe, the knowledge and the easy-to-implement takeaways, our Body Composition Workshop also includes the following:

  • Minimum of 2 workouts per day (focused on hypertrophy and fat loss)
  • Mobility and Calisthenics session
  • Yin Yoga “recovery” session (Sunday PM)
  • New mobility, warm-up and bodyweight sequences
  • Q&A sessions
  • All content emailed after the weekend to use during your own training
  • 2 focused seminars for body composition from top level coaches
  • Guest Speakers who are well renowned in the industry
  • Pre & Post Workout Supplements
